What types of media can you digitize?
We work with common VHS and camcorder formats, DVDs, audio cassettes, film reels, photos, slides, SD cards, and other memory media. If you are unsure what you have, contact us.
How do I get my items to you?
You can ship your media to us. Local drop-off may also be available depending on your location. Your order confirmation will include the next steps.
Will I get my originals back?
Yes. Unless you specifically tell us otherwise, your original media is returned to you after digitizing.
How will I receive my digital files?
You can choose digital delivery and available add-ons such as a USB drive or Vidley Vault access.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the size and type of your order. We will keep you updated, and rush processing may be available.
What if a tape is damaged?
Older media can have age-related issues. We handle every item carefully and will contact you if we find something that needs special attention.
Can I place a large order?
Absolutely. For larger family collections, start an order with your best estimate or contact us and we can help.
Is my media kept private?
Yes. Your personal media is handled for the purpose of completing your digitization order and is treated as private family material.
