Estimate & Adjustment Policy

Please note that the total provided on this order form is an estimate only and does not represent the final cost of services. The final invoice may vary for the following reasons:

1. Quantity Differences

• If the actual number of items received differs from the quantity entered on the order form, adjustments will be made to reflect the accurate count.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

• If details entered on the order form (such as media type, format, or service selection) are inaccurate or incomplete, pricing will be updated to reflect the correct information.

3. Service Modifications

• If additional services are requested after the order is placed, or if necessary modifications arise during processing (for example, specialized handling for damaged media), these will be added to the final invoice.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping is optional and, if selected, will be billed to the customer at actual cost on the final invoice.

5. Final Invoice

• A final, itemized invoice will be issued upon completion of processing. Payment of the final invoice is required before digital files and/or physical media are released.
